Windows 10 Source Code Leaked: Should You Be Worried

32 TB of Windows 10 Source Code and Beta Builds Leaked Online
What appears to be a major embarrassment to Microsoft may have pulled its millions of customers' information into the wrong hands too as about 32 TB of its Source Code and Beta Builds was uploaded to BetaArchive.com which calls itself "the community for beta collectors" and "one of the webs largest Beta & Abandonware repositories". However, it seems Windows 10 users need not worry much because no sensitive information was included in the information uploaded.
You may get even more relief that BetaArchive owner has reported that the website has taken down about 1.2 TB of the code offline after the initial leak.
This leaked source code was a part of Microsoft's Shared Source Kit. It is basically the source codes for Windows 10 hardware drivers, Plug and Play codes, WiFi stacks and storage drivers like hard-disks. Some of the codes were for 64 bits ARM Cortex chips, and some had private debug symb…

Google Wifi: Yet Another Google Innovation!

The Google Wifi Eliminates Connection Problems
It isn't obviously much of a surprise that setting up a WiFi has become a hell lot simpler with time. Compared to some years back, and you would probably take a baseball bat to the endless hours of crunching letters and numbers in your keyboard so as to set up the device. But setting up the Google WiFi is extremely easy. And that's not even the main "pro" feature!

Leak Suggests Google Pixel 2 May Have a Big Design Flaw

There's some news about the Google Pixel 2
Who doesn't love the Google Pixel? With stock Android and an amazing design, the phone was near perfect. Of course, like all other phones, it too had its own share of cons, but overall, the phone was a masterpiece. Now that, the Pixel 2 is on the way, there is a leak that suggests the Pixel 2 is going to repeat a design flaw that may not be so welcome among the general masses.

The Pixel and Pixel XL had an excellent design but their big bezels at the top and bottom felt quite odd to look at. Now that, Google has partnered with LG and both LG and Samsung had made stunning flagships which had little to none bezels, most expected the Pixel 2 would have very little bezels too. But then there's the leak!
What's the leak?S1 and M1 were the codenames of the Pixel and Pixel XL. But a Japanese blog HTC Soku has discovered that the system files of HTC U11 phone had mentions of S2 and M2. This signifies that most probably the Google Pixel 2…

Millions of Android Users Infected with Xavier Malware

More than 800 Android Apps in the Google Play Store are infected by Xavier Malware
Google Play seems to be getting hit by malware, one after another. And the recent news-maker is the Xavier malware.
According to the warning issued by the Global Cyber-Security firm "Trend Micro", more than 800 apps in the Google Play Store were infected by the Xavier malware that had reached thousands of Android users till date.
Trend Micro stated "These applications range from utility apps like Photo manipulators to wallpaper and ringtone changers."
Using data from its "Mobile App Reputation Service" Trend Micro found that the Xavier malware steals and leaks user data. This is difficult to detect as it employs methods like string encryption, internet data encryption and emulator to prevent being detected and thus protects itself.
What may shock you even more is that the malware is capable of downloading and executing other malicious codes from a remote server.

Xbox or PS4: Why not Both? Welcome the XStation

Xbox vs PlayStation Argument ends with this article!
Well, not literally!

Since the dawn of Sony’s PlayStation and Microsoft’s Xbox, it has plagued the internet world with debates on which one is better (apart from the PC vs Console argument too!) Well, unless you are a PC gamer like me (I am not saying PC is better or not better; for God’s sake enough of that argument), you may have to choose between one of these two top tier consoles at one point of time or another.

While both these consoles have their pros and cons, (about which the posts on Xbox One vs PS4 and Xbox One S vs PS4 Slim may prove to have sufficient info), one guy has provided gamers a third choice, or fourth actually.
Introducing the Hybrid Xstation!
Ed, better known as EdsJunk who spends his spare time ripping apart consoles and modifying them, making them more portable is the creator of this machine.

This project of his lays to rest the second biggest debates in gaming by combining two gaming consoles of the opposite camp…

The CEO Tan Min-liang stated that mobile gaming is “going to be a huge part of out business”. Tan also said that Razer had an enormous opportunity to disrupt the mobile market as there were no such mobile device or software platform which allows complete fulfillment of the needs of a mobile gamer.
We could have gotten a hint of this already as Razer occupied Android gaming company Ouya in 2015 and Nextbit, the latter being the more latest a…

Facebook's AI Bots Create their Own Language: A Huge Progress for Artificial Intelligence

AI Chat Bots Anyone?
Facebook is always on the news. While the huge multinational company is managed by just a small team, most of its work is done by Artficial Intelligence bots. These AI software are headed by researchers from Facebook Artificial Intelligence Research Lab (FAIR) and it is they who made this astounding discovery!

These researchers had left the A.I chat bots (better known as dialogue agents) to conversate freely between themselves, using machine learning algorithms so that their conversational skills would better. After some time, the FAIR researchers discovered that the chat bots had started deviating from the normal speech and had started talking with each other in an entirely new language. This language that they had created, was done without any human interference, script or help at all.

While this exercise was done to improve the chat bots’ skill at normal conversation with humans, it seems their language was not one meant for humans!

Anyhow, that’s not all. The FAIR…

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will leave out on the in-screen fingerprint scanner!
Samsung’s upcoming Note 8 is creating a lot of hype among consumers worldwide, with rumors, leaks and reports on the upcoming device increasing with every passing day.
However, if you were one of those guys who were expecting an in-screen fingerprint scanner technology to be featured in the Galaxy Note 8, you may be up for a disappointment. The reason behind that is, an insider from Samsung has claimed that the technology causes imbalance in the phone display’s brightness.
According to recent tests, the area which contains the fingerprint scanner is much brighter than the other parts of the screen. Due to this problem, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 may most probably, not have the in-screen fingerprint scanner.
However, according to recent rumors, you may expect this tech in the Galaxy S9 though! After the incidents of Samsung Note 7’s batteries catching fire, Samsung has stepped up several additional security checks for…

Now You Can Replace Google Assistant with Microsoft's Cortana in your Android Device

You can now replace Google Assistant or Google Now with Microsoft's Digital Assistant "Cortana" in your Android Phone
While Microsoft's Windows is the dominating OS in the world of computing, Android and iOS are the key players when it comes to smartphones and tablets or iPads. Microsoft tried its best, but failed in its attempt to gain a foothold in the phone OS industry too, as evidenced by the Nokia Lumia phones.
As such, Microsoft has now started a different and new strategy. It has started pushing consumers in both the Android and iOS camps to install their apps for their respective OS.
And with this strategy, they have introduced their Digital Assistant Cortana to be used in Android phones. Users can also replace Google Assistant/Google Now (whichever they use) with Microsoft's Cortana digital assistant.

The Google Pixel 2 may be a Samsung Galaxy S8 Killer?

Can the Google Pixel 2 beat the Samsung Galaxy S8! Really?
When the Samsung Galaxy S8 first came out, there was quite a change in the phone market.
First off, Samsung Galaxy S8's sales beat even that of the Apple's iPhone.
And secondly, the phone was the first Android phone to achieve a higher benchmark score than that of its iOS counterpart. It may be the best phone this year, but there is a concept of the Google Pixel 2 by DBS Concept, which if actualised in the original phone may be a S8 Killer.
While there is no official word on the Pixel 2, and all we got are leaks, reports and rumours regarding the Pixel 2, this stuff may certainly be a game changer among phones.

Dell XPS 13 Review: One of the Best Laptops/Ultrabooks Built Yet

Dell XPS 13 Review: Should you Buy it?

The 2015 version of the XPS 13 was launched at CES in January and made a big impression among the public as it was among other reasons, very small in size.

When you look at the XPS 13 the first thing you will notice is how thin the bezels are around the display. At 5.2 mm, they were, and still is one of the thinnest bezels around in a laptop. Dell claimed that the 13 inch XPS 13 was packed in the chassis of an 11-inch display.

But not just dimensions, Dell has managed to pack in very modern hardware to showcase the laptop packing in Intel’s then-latest 5th generation Broadwell-U processors. Fast forward to 2017 and Dell has taken all the slim carbon fiber goodness from their flagship Ultrabook and applied it to the brand new hybrid.

Available at a starting price of $999, the XPS 13 2-in-1 is a totally new design and distinct features. The chassis, for example is even lighter than the previous XPS 13! Dell has added a new feature called the Dynamic …

Eve V Laptop Review: Should You Buy It?

Eve V Review: Just How Good Is It
Eve is this really small startup that was founded to be like a disruptive device maker with an emphasis on community feedback to help them design the best products for their community. And not a bad idea.

The Eve V 2 in 1 device that they are showing off at Computex 2017, has the ability to filter through the guidance offered by their users. The end result is a pretty great device which not just looks good, but also performs quite well.

The response received by the company was really positive, with 500 units being sold in the first 3 hours of its campaign. Eve tech also attracted attention from the Finnish government, Intel and Microsoft. With its main competitor being the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, there is a lot in stake for the Eve V.

The Eve V pretty much seems like a Surface Pro 4 with two USB Type-C ports. But can it hold its own from the Surface Pro 4 or is it even better? That's what I am going to show!

HP Omen 17 Review: Should you buy it?

HP Omen 17: One of the Best Gaming Laptops Built

The HP Omen 17 is a gaming powerhouse of a laptop. You can think of it as a sleeper car that pulls up next to your tricked-out car at a stoplight. When the light turns green, you expect the rusty old sedan to eat your dust but instead, you're shocked to see it blow past ahead of you.
Powered by an excellent Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 and priced at about $1800, it is a great deal too. What's more! It comes in several models; is VR ready and falls within a friendly budget range!

Sony Xperia XZ Premium Review: Should you Buy it

The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is a genuine flagship smartphone. It boasts a top end 4K display, with the latest Snapdragon chipset under its gorgeous body. Accompanying that with Sony's photography and audio expertise, the phone is surely a stunner!

Pros
1. Stunning 4K display.
2. Excellent camera.
3. Great battery life.
4. Beautiful build quality.

Cons
1. Design a bit dated and does not look so premium.
2. Lack of 4K content reduces display advantages.

All its specifications sounds great but also note that while other companies out there are stretching their screens, opting for a bezel-less display, Sony still chose to cram those extra pixel within a much smaller display, with a bezel.

While other companies are busy out there adding dual cameras to their flagships, Sony was busy adding an extra memory buffer layer in a high-resolution sensor to capture slo-mo videos. That however doesn't mean that Sony's product are worse. It highlights their expertise in those field. And I personal…
